Learning how to take care of stress at a young age can be crucial. Experiencing stress can be a healthy thing - it can help the person grow as well as develop resilience. It can develop self and social confidence. HOWEVER - when it is chronic, building and building (the stress waves do not pass and they just keep coming) - it can become TOXIC.
